Return & Refund Policy

Please note that we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges of products due to the customer's convenience after the shipment completion email has been sent.

Wrong or defective product

We highly suggest opening the package as soon as you receive it to ensure that it is the correct product and not defective. If you receive the wrong or a defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will reship the correct product or a replacement.

Loss during shipping

In the unlikely event that your order is lost during shipping, please notify us immediately. We will contact our contracted courier and investigate the package. If your order is determined to be lost, we will reship your ordered product free of charge. However, please note that any customs clearance fees incurred, including VAT, customs duty, and handling fees, will be charged to the recipient upon the package's arrival.
If we are unable to provide your ordered product or replacement due to discontinuation or other circumstances mentioned above, we will refund the amount you paid.

Absence of the recipient

If an order is not received for an extended period and the package is returned to Japan by the courier, the orderer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Refund procedure

We will examine the situation with you, and if we determine that a refund is more appropriate than providing a replacement, we will refund your money using the payment method you originally used. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed. To learn more about the timing of the refund in detail, please contact your bank or credit card company.
